Wellington Kitchen & Bathrooms is a Lower Hutt-based renovation company founded by Regan Powell in 2016, completing kitchen and bathroom renovations for Avalon homeowners and across the wider Wellington region. Avalon's established residential homes from the 1950s to 1970s are cosmetically dated but structurally sound, making them strong candidates for a full kitchen or bathroom transformation. Regan personally assesses every Avalon project and provides a free written quote before work begins, so you know exactly what your renovation involves before committing.

Renovating Avalon Homes with Local Knowledge
From our base at 32 Redvers Drive, Lower Hutt, Avalon is approximately 5 minutes and 4km away, so we're on site quickly whenever you need us. We know Avalon well, from Avalon Park and the Hutt River pathway bordering the suburb to the established residential streets running toward Central Park. We've completed kitchen and bathroom renovations across Avalon, including projects extending kitchens into garage space and full bathroom rebuilds in original 1950s and 1960s homes. Regan Powell manages and works every Avalon job personally, bringing 10 years of hands-on experience to each site. Avalon residents choose us for our proximity, our familiarity with Avalon's housing stock, and the accountability of dealing with one person from quote to completion rather than a rotating crew.
